1. You’re Easily Angry
When you feel irritable, even though the things that happen are actually trivial but you immediately get angry, it could be because this is due to too much exercise.
When you realize that you become irritable because of overtraining, you should take a short break. Take 1 or 2 days until the body is completely recovered and the emotions are stable. After you have had enough rest, you can start exercising again. Don’t let yourself be controlled by anger and do things you don’t want.

At the beginning of the sport, the enthusiasm was high. The goal is to increase muscle mass or lose fat, it can be different for each person. But because there is this goal that makes people excited to do sports. If done regularly, exercise can make you achieve your goals. But if you do it too much, it can have the opposite effect.

It is understandable if someone who wants to achieve his goals, then do exercise frequently. But they forget that the body needs a recovery. Doing exercise can not only reduce fat and increase muscle mass, there are also organs in the body that can be affected by the healthy effects of exercise: your heart. Surely you can feel that your heart rate is faster than usual when you are exercising. Normally, after exercise, the heart rate will return to normal.

If you feel this way, you should rest for a while until your body is fully recovered. There are many reasons why people experience insomnia. It could be due to staring at gadgets too often, working late at night, playing video games, stress, depression, and of course from overtraining or exercising too often. Exercise that should be healthy for the body can actually make it difficult for someone to sleep.
This can happen because you force your body to carry out strenuous activities continuously without resting. The body even becomes too tired to be invited to sleep. As a result, you stay awake until morning. And if you are constantly sleep deprived, your body will become weak, powerless, moody, and easily sick.
5. You Have Difficulty to Concentrate
One of the positive benefits of diligent exercise is by increasing concentration. If concentration increases, then we can do various activities with more focus. The results achieved will also be maximal. It’s a different story if someone does excessive exercise. Instead of increasing concentration, what happens is that it goes down.
If you feel that it is difficult to concentrate, you should immediately realize that you have made a mistake. What should be done with enough exercise, you actually exercise too often until you forget the time. The only way to be able to restore concentration, you have to balance between exercise and rest.
6. You Feel Drowsy All The Time
If there is an effect of insomnia for those who exercise until they lose track of time, there is also another effect in the form of falling asleep easily. This can happen because people’s body types are different, resulting in different negative effects that can befall a person. How do you feel about yourself when you exercise too much? Is it sleepy?
Drowsiness is one of the signals shown by the body if your body is already feeling tired. The body needs recovery to restore energy and repair damaged cells. With the emergence of drowsiness, it is a sign that your body is in need of rest. Sometimes you can take a break from sports and fill it with rest. If the energy has returned, then exercise again.
7. You Feel “Tired” and No Energy
Most of the time, when a person wanted to reach the target, they forgets himself and spends a long time and often in terms of sports. Even though the body is tired, it still forces itself to exercise. Obviously this is a dangerous move. Forcing yourself when you’re tired, will not even make your goals in sports achieved.

9. Decreased in Muscle Mass
There are various types of sports that you can choose from. One of the ways to do this is by lifting weights. Lifting weights is quite liked by many people because it is effective in reducing fat while making the body so muscular. Doing any sport, if done excessively can be bad, including lifting weights.
Lifting weights has the benefit of reducing fat and increasing muscle mass. It’s okay to do weightlifting regularly. But you must also know the limits. Sometimes people forget that they have been exercising too much. To find out if you are overdoing your workout or not, try measuring your muscle mass. If you experience a decrease, it could be a sign you need to rest.

Injuries don’t just happen during sports. You could get injured because you exercise too much. If you have been injured, then we inevitably have to recover the injury before we can return to sports. Only crazy people want to force themselves to exercise when they are injured.
